Customer information and booking terms.

1. Welcome to London’s Top Removals. These terms explain the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the customer and the contractor. “You” and “Your” means the customer. “We”, “Us” and “Our” means London’s Top Removals.
2. Parking, loading access, permits, congestion charges, ULEZ charges and any penalty charges are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
3. Packed boxes should not weigh more than 20kg. Items must be packed safely unless packing services have been booked with us.
4. Any visible damage to goods or property must be reported on the day of the move if a claim is to be considered.
5. Full payment must be completed before the vehicle is fully unloaded at the delivery address, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Please tell us in advance about waiting time, key delays, property handover, restricted access, stairs, lifts, parking issues or building management rules. Waiting time and additional work may be chargeable.
7. A booking payment or deposit may be required to secure the moving date, vehicle and team.
8. Payment may be made by bank transfer or cash unless another method has been agreed in writing.
9. Because removals work is physical, our team may take reasonable rest breaks during longer jobs.
10. Abusive behaviour, unsafe conditions or insulting language will not be tolerated. We may stop or cancel a job if our team’s safety is affected.
11. Claims for damage may be limited where items were packed by the customer or where fragile items were not packed correctly.
12. Extra items, extra services, packing, dismantling, reassembly, stairs, long carrying distance, waiting time or changes to the agreed inventory may result in additional charges.
